Tour Details
We pick you up from your airbnb or hotel in Albufeira in our Luxury yet Capable Jeep Wrangler. ( top up or top down…you decide) We make our way to the local cafe ‘Castelo do Mar’ overlooking Albufeira Marina with a breathtaking view of the sea where you can have coffee and a traditional Portuguese pastry. We then head off on a scenic drive to Quinta do Frances for a guided tour of the quinta followed by wine tasting. Now that everyone is feeling good we head out to a traditional Portuguese restaurant for lunch…choose from a selection of vegetarian, meat, fish or chicken entrees along with wine or beer and of course dessert. After lunch we head over to the Medronho factory to see how this famous Algarvian Brandy is made. Enjoy a tasting of this powerful spirit that will definitely help you digest your lunch and give you a boost of energy:) Time to head back…jump back in the Jeep and enjoy a comfortable ride home.
