Reservations are only valid after payment complete and confirmed by Myalbufeiraholiday.com through the email booking@myalbufeiraholiday.com
Rescheduling your confirmed activity, as well as any changes to any aspect of the confirmed activity is possible only at the complete discretion of Myalbufeiraholiday.com including, but not limited to, concerns of availability and applicable charges/costs.
In case of rescheduling, changes must be requested at least 168 hours / 7 days before your tour booked date.
In the event of a “No-Show“ your tour will be canceled automatically with no right to be refunded.
Injury or sickness is the responsibility of each guest.
Cancellation with more than 168 hours / 7 days before the Tour – Refund of 100% of the Paid Amount minus booking/transaction fees if applicable.
Cancellation with less than 168 hours / 7 days from the Tour – Non-Refundable
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. For exceptional cases (with a justified reason and proof) Myalbufeiraholiday.com reserves the right to evaluate and consider alternatives for making a partial refund.
In case of circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, war, civil or political instability, catastrophes, epidemics, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, flight cancelations, closures of airports, quarantine, viruses, weather conditions, actions, and orders from authorities, strikes, and other severe or highly unexpected factors, Myalbufeiraholiday.com may postpone or cancel their services and the full amounts previously received will be refunded, credited in a Gift Card format to be used until one year from the date of purchase.
